The “Banners” project for the 2008/2009 school year will be handled by each grade level at Vernon Elementary. Helping Hand volunteers (a subsidiary of our parent foundation) recruited sponsors during the 2007/2008 school year and the money went into purchasing all five sets of banners (30 total). This year the teachers will handle all sales of sponsorship and the money will go back into that grade level for them...

Newspaper subscriptions were paid for for the year and sent to Hubbertville High, Berry Elementary, and Berry High all of Fayette County and Sulligent Elementary in Lamar County.
