The “Banners” project for the 2008/2009 school year will be handled by each grade level at Vernon Elementary. Helping Hand volunteers (a subsidiary of our parent foundation) recruited sponsors during the 2007/2008 school year and the money went into purchasing all five sets of banners (30 total).
